For Tutors
Do you want to share your love of reading? The Adult Literacy Center at the Camarillo Public Library needs volunteer tutors to help adults improve their reading, writing and speaking skills. We can train you to work with adults in one-on-one sessions to tutor them in reading and writing. No experience is necessary—only a love of reading, a desire to help and the ability to commit to at least 6 months of volunteering. Must be at least 18 years of age to become a tutor.
