The Esper A. Petersen Homework Center at the Camarillo Public Library is made possible in part by a generous grant from the Esper A. Petersen Foundation. The Center is a place for elementary and middle school students to understand and complete their assignments and lessons, and to gain confidence in their ability to succeed in school.
Homework Center Hours
The Center is open during the academic school year only. It is closed Friday through Sunday and during Pleasant Valley School District closures, such as spring and winter breaks.
|Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday||3pm – 6pm|
|Thursday||2pm – 6pm|
If you are in kindergarten through eighth grade, you are invited to use the Homework Center to work on homework, projects, and other school assignments. Public, private and homeschooled students are all welcome!
Volunteer Homework Coaches are available to assist students. However, these are not one-on-one tutoring sessions. Contact the Homework Center Coordinator for information on local tutoring options.
